Terrible Speed

Been having major speed issues where its came to the point that ive started looking for other providers.

200meg? Never got anywhere even close to 30. I need someone to help me asap.

Have tried wired and wireless connects with not much difference.

Also tried different devices. Have rebooted the router so many times and nothing helps. No point in having this at the minute.

It takes a week to get a reply on here, have they mentioned anything about contention or high peak time usage to you? Might be worth posting some stats power levels hub logs and the likes
