Telford area 04 horrible evening speed - Should I cancel within 14 days?
Hi, I'm a new Virgin Media (200mbit) customer, and I'm getting awful speeds. I was getting 120-130mbit/sec yesterday (Saturday afternoon), now (Sunday evening) I'm getting like 2-3 megabits. This is horrible, and unusable, cannot even watch a youtube video.
FTTC was so much better, even the 38mbits connection seemed like flying compared to this.
As I'm within the 14 days cool off period, I'm thinking about cancelling it right now. Is there any chance of this congestion issue being fixed this month, or should I cancel?
