Everyday the internet speed drops from 50 to 3Mbps. In the morning it's fine but between 4pm- 11pm the internet is 3mbps. This has been happening for about 4 months now and it's so frustrating as I can't do anything with a slow internet speed.
Join the club. This is really annoying me too. Seems a very common problem with Virgin Media looking at the forum and that's from only the people with the savvy to realise what's going on. I need to look in to breaking my contract with them due to the unexceptionable performance.
Honestly the problem just seems to get worse everyday. Its 3:17pm and the speed is on 5.44Mbps then it drops to 1Mbps and it just stays like this until about 11pm or 1am even, I can't even watch youtube videos.

Sorry to hear that you're getting slow speeds, I know this can be really inconvenient.
I've just checked your area and noticed that we're in the process of resolving a fault under ref: F003497536 which is due for review on the 1st March.
This type of fault can be responsible for reducing the speeds during peak times (evenings and weekends) and to rectify this we need to undertake upgrades on the network to support the level of demand in your area.
