I've had Virgin broadband 200mb for a few months now and I've never seen over 40mb, it normally sits around 35mb. I can't find anything wrong with the set up. Surely it should be at least close to what you pay for otherwise why bother paying more.

I've just looked into this for you and I'm sorry to inform you that a fault in your area under ref: F005020923 is responsible for the slow speeds you report. This fault will be reviewed on the 15th Feb and we will then have more info for you.
