Sudden utilisation issues in G67 postcode (09 area)?
I moved into a property at the start of October 2016 and the speed was great (on a 200Mb package).
Then, suddenly, on Wednesday 11th January 2017, my speed is abysmal.
Is there a known issue in the 09 area (Cumbernauld, G67 postcode)? I don't understand how the speed can be absolutely fine on the 10th January, then suddenly from the 11th onwards it has been 10Mb at the most.
Also, if there is an issue, can i have a reference number and expected resolve date? I use my broadband for work, streaming (Netflix, Amazon etc.) & gaming, so this is impacting our usage.

Sorry to hear about your recent speed reduction, I know this is disappointing.
I've just taken a look and I'm sorry to confirm that we do have a fault in your area. The fault ref is: F004680483 and it's currently due for review on the 15th Feb. While this fault is on-going you might notice your speed is reduced, especially during peak time hours (evenings and weekends).
What are your off peak speeds like?
