I have had Virgin Media broadband for a number of years but recently I have been having problems with my streaming services. This includes BBC iPlayer, Netflix, Amazon Prime and ITV Hub. Around every 5 minutes or so, I get a buffer sign and then the service often displays an error message and stops. I have checked the broadband speed at the time and this has always come back above 30Mbps (often much higher) and this happens throughout the day and not just at peek times. It seems to me like a quality of service issue and not general speed!
I've run a diagnostic on your account and I can see an issue with your Downstream Power levels that seems to be causing the problem. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange for a technician to sort it out.
