Thank you for sending an engineer out. Absolute waste of time. I now have only 3meg of speed. I want reimbursement , and an explanation of what you are going to do to fix this. Do not even think about increasing my bill after my 12 month first period as I refuse to pay that until this issue is resolved. You are in breech of contract.
I've had a look at everything from this end and the fault now appears to be related to a high demand for our service in your area under the ticket reference of F003422808, with a review set for 26/04/2017.
