Sporadic speed and connection problems

As the subject suggests we have been dealing with some major problems with our broadband service over the past month or two. The superhub (used in router mode) constantly resets itself and turns itself off, the connection speed goes from decent to none existant within minutes. Force resetting the superhub sometimes doesn't do anything.

Can you set up a BQM

 HERE

 Run it for say 24 hrs, and post the result.

 Dont forget youll need to make sure your super hub is configured to reply to ICMP echo requests...

VM take about a week or so to respond to threads at the moment and bunping your thread will put it to the back of the queue again.

Your stats look fine, allthough the network logs may have proven useful.

Are you experiencing the problems on a wired or wireless connection?

Are you experiencing the problems all the time or only during evening peak times?

Here is a monitor for the 5th, there were no big downloads via steam or anything, just normal web surfing and youtube/twitch streaming.

The only thing in the network log is a T4 time out, but the hub was reset recently.

So after getting an upgrade from the old 120Mbit service to the 200Mbit service, and a new Hub 3 sent out this morning, setup went smoothly and so far i am seeing a vast improvement on the connection quality. Obviously this is before peak time so i will update once i've been able to test then.

 

But so far the improvement is clear and has been great.
