As the subject suggests we have been dealing with some major problems with our broadband service over the past month or two. The superhub (used in router mode) constantly resets itself and turns itself off, the connection speed goes from decent to none existant within minutes. Force resetting the superhub sometimes doesn't do anything.
If you need any more information please let me know, any help at all would be highly appreciated.
So after getting an upgrade from the old 120Mbit service to the 200Mbit service, and a new Hub 3 sent out this morning, setup went smoothly and so far i am seeing a vast improvement on the connection quality. Obviously this is before peak time so i will update once i've been able to test then.
But so far the improvement is clear and has been great.
