Speeds up and down and pretty much unusable

Been a customer for a year now, called so many times about speeds constantly going up and down, done all the standard checks, but I am clearly making things up.

below are some speeds checks, and yes wired, with a message to also tell me I have been upgraded,. I have spent hours on the phone for nothing, so BT ADSL HERE WE COME

sorry cannot put pictures from my iPad on here, but upload of 0.00 pretty much explains it, with support centres who have no interest in helping.

Apologies for the connection problems!  Also I'm sorry for the lack of support that you've received so far, I'm going to do my best to help.

Your upstream power levels are out of range, while this might not be responsible for the speed issues, it's important to get this resolved before we move forward with our investigations.  I'll send you a PM (purple envelope, top right) with the engineer appointment info.
