Checking your connection I can see that we're currently working on a fault in your area under ref: F003245754 which is responsible for reducing speeds during peak time hours. This fault is being reviewed on the 10th May, we will be able to provide an update on or after this date.
What are your off peak speeds looking like?

Hi just curious how long you have been a customer for?
My net only becomes useful at silly o'clock in the AM. Sadly like most other people I have commitments during the day. When I come home I want to be able to turn on my top tier service and go nowhere. Luckily with Virgins over-sold service I come home and that is exactly what I get. Nada My speed.
