Speed sub 5mbs again this morning, go to the "Think Somethings Wrong" to run a test and low and behold the page your directed to doesn't exist, cant even "Chat" on line any more because all the Advisors are busy - anyone think VM are in financial trouble !!!

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and everything is looking great at the moment. Are you connecting wired or wirelessly? Does the speed drop at certain time of day? Does the issue affect all devices or just one?
