Hi, I have just been trying to do the free speed upgrade, 20mb to 70mb after I received my new super-hub, but I keep getting an error saying invalid bundle. I have seen that other people having this problem have had it fixed here so if someone from Virgin could fix mine too that'd be great!
You can probably get this added via the retentions/loyalty team (they offered to do this for me, but it meant I would lose my discounts).
You can contact them free on 150 from your Virgin Media landline, or free from any other landline or mobile via 0800 052 0422 (Select option 4 and then 2). You need to select the option that you are thinking of leaving to get through to this team. They are UK based and normally very helpful.

I get exactly the same error when I try to boost. I was on to virgin support only a few weeks ago complaining about speed and their response was oh you are only supposed to be on 20 meg. Now I see I should be on 70 not the 50 I claimed at the time - and am still Getting as low as 2 meg or even less
