Speed problems

Hi, 

i recently joined virgin as a new customer, I am paying for 100mbs fibre however I can never achieve over 47 wired or wireless 

i understand that I will never achieve 100mbs however I expect to be above the lower priced 50mbs tier if I am paying extra for faster speed

why am I not acheiving peak speeds?

1stly are you tested wired or via Wifi, if via wifi what are your wired speeds?

Hi, wired I am getting late 40s off peak and mid 30s peak

k connect to 192.168.0.1, don't log in but click on 'check router status' and post what you find here (hiding anything that shows your wan ip)

However it'll take about a week before a Member of virgin staff can look into your problem, but in the meantime we should be able to see if you have any problems with your levels.

Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're getting at the moment. I've taken a look at your connection and the local area and I don't see anything wrong right now. Have you tried testing your speed in Modem Mode? Also, is this happening on multiple devices or just the one?
