Hey there I got your 200mb broadband installed a few months ago in area 26 and am getting nowhere near the 200mb speed I was told. When installed, engineer showed me a 169mb upload speed and now at anytime of the day it goes between 8 and 12mb tops. Can you advise why? Thanks.
Really sorry to hear you're experiencing speed issues.
I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and it's looking quite healthy at the moment. The only thing I can see is that the hub hasn't been rebooted for quite a long time. To reboot the hub, just switch it off at the mains, leave it off for about 10 seconds then switch it back on.
Are you connecting wired or wirelessly?
I'd like you to try running a speed test with the hub in Modem Mode to see what kind of results we get.
