Speed not what your paying for

Received new 3.0 hub today because of bad speed,told this would sort it it hasn't plus being charged £14.99 for it which wasn't told about.this company is getting worse,this after getting you to take a new contract,out of order.

Yeah,agreed with not getting the speeds you pay for.Most of the time I get 50% out of 100Mb I pay for...today its really bad

I've located your account and I am unable to detect any problems with either the equipment or network segment.

 

I would, however, suggest changing your wireless settings to improve this type of connection.
