Just had 200mbps broadband installed and not getting anywhere near the advertised/paid for speed, getting around 13 up and 12 down. Any tips on how to improve this? Or can I cancel if I've nly just had it installed?
If wireless, try wired directly to the hub with a Cat 5e cable or better with a device equiped with a gigabit ethernet network card. I would test the wired speed during the morning and again during evening peak to check for contention issues.
You do have 14 days to leave. Best follow Griffins post though to see if there is something easily solveable though.
