Hi I'm in area 30 in Mansfield Woodhouse, Nottinghamshire, I'm on the super fast 200mb download, I'm not happy at all, I get about 180mb till about 1pm then slowly goes down and down to about 5 - 7mb download, it's been like this for weeks now, I'm connected straight to the hub via Ethernet so I know it's not a wifi issue, call centre just keep fobbing me off.

I've run some checks on your broadband connection, the line and the hub have come back as fine which is good. However there is a high peak time traffic in your area causing the slow speeds.. Our networks team are investigating the problem and are improving bandwidth and performance to help with this issue. The reference number is F004398551 and has a review date of 12th April.
