I'm sorry to hear you're suffering problems with your speeds lately, I understand that can be frustrating.
I've run several tests on both your hub and network segment and everything is reporting back well at the moment. I don't see any issues that would explain the speeds you're getting.
Could you please pop the hub into modem mode and test things again? I'm keen to see whether the speeds that the modem is picking up are slow, or whether it's due to something happening beyond the modem.
Let me know how things are when you've managed to test that.
