Speed issues and hanging

Hi Guys,

i am on Vivid BB and have been experiencing speed issues

before the upgrade to vivid, i was getting over 100 mps Downstream , now i would be lucky to get over 50.

this has been happening for a few months now

Update

i have just rebooted the Hub and now my speed has dropped even more,

5697501004

 

 

 

 

i have a superhub 2 ac  and attached via wireless if that helps,

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

I'm sorry to see that you are experiencing slow broadband speeds. I know how frustrating this can be.

 

From checking your connection, the line and hub have come back as fine. There are no faults reported and the traffic on the network is running stable which is good.

 

Can you complete speed tests whilst the Super Hub is in modem mode please to see if the speeds differ?

Are you using any power line adaptors or another router at all?

HI there thank you for the information ,

i have ran the hub in modem mode and still experiencing the same speed issues Smiley Sad 

but now my Tivo Box has started to slow down also and keeps freezing from time to time 

 

any suggestions ?

Sorry to hear you're still having trouble with this.

 

I've run a diagnostic on the TiVo® and the Superhub and I've picked up and issue with the input signal that's likely causing an issue. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange for a technician to take a look.
