Speed issues after upgrade to Superhub 3

Hi there, wondered if anyone could assist with some spped issues that i am now experiencing after upgrading my service to TV6 & Superhub 3.

I was until the other day using a superhub 2 and was regularly getting speeds in excess of 200Mb regardless of time of day.

Since upgrading to Superhub 3 i now can barely get 100Mb regardless of the time of day, almost less than half of what i was getting without issues, the only thing that's changed is me getting a Superhub 3.

Below are some screengrabs of the downstream / upstream / network logs too see if anyone can spot any issues with the setup.

Re: Speed issues after upgrade to Superhub 3

Hi Dunky2k,

Thanks for getting in touch, I am sorry to see you have been having with your new Hub.

I have taken a look and things seem to be ok from this side.

Are you using a wired or a wireless connection? If wireless try wired, pop the hub into mode only mode with the computer in safe mode with networking. Let us know if this makes a difference.

It may also help us to see a BQM so we get a better idea of what you are seeing from your side. (Please be aware that link is external and we're not responsible for its contents).

All the best.

Emma
