Speed is 0.15kbps this is not acceptable

Speed is so bad its only 0.15kbps which is less than half of dial up, cannot open any websites cannot access email cannot do anything

india tech suppoprt dont care and blame me

cannot speak to anyone in uk tek support

What does a speed test from a PC wired to the HUB with a CAT5 cable say?

How are you normally connected to the HUB? Wired? Wireless?

outage happened 12.45am yessterday, came back at 2.45am and sppeds showkingly bad, hightest i had since then is 1.5mb but averaging under 1mb

was fine until 1245am as was getting 50mb

am fixed ether from hub to pc, never use wifi hate it

Go to your Superhub Log in screen

Do NOT log in.

Little button top right.....


Can you post Upstream, Downstream and Network logs.



Screen caps are nice, C&P will do- Don't stress about formatting if you C&P. Someone will get a look and see if there's anything obvious amiss.

its nothing to do with my hub or settings everything was fine untill the outage but fault F004896573 is the problem as still ausing issues despite saying its fixed
