Speed drops to dire levels

Hi, I'm in area 11 (eh4) and over the last three nights we have had our speeds sit consistently below 3mbps. It occasionally lifts above it, but barely long enough to watch an episode of modern family before returning to speeds I haven't had to endure since my first 3g phone.

I'm fairly certain it's not traffic management as it is almost constant and extends in to the early hours of the morning.

I've been pretty happy with Virgin for a few years but this is driving me crazy and if it's not looked in to I'll be looking elsewhere.

I did try and get in touch with the twitter account but no reply at all.
