Really sorry to hear about the connection problems you're experiencing. I appreciate that you've posted your graph. I've checked your connection and I can see we still have an area fault under ref: F004858246 which should be resolved by around 9PM this evening. This fault is for total loss of service, so would you please get back to us after this evening and let us know how you're getting on.
