I have been a happy customer for years, until 3rd Jan. Since then I have had almost no broadband, speeds consistently between 0 and 2, sometimes for most of the day, sometimes for days on end. Then it will work again, full 150, for a few hours, then back to the 0.5 this is wired speed. Have had - two engineer visits - replacement suberhub - hours on the phone and basically it's no better... what next ? Do I have to leave virgin?
