Received an email last night stating the headline in red " Your now online at your new speed", and followed underneath by:-
" We’ve just increased your speed – from a nippy up to 100Mb to up to 150Mb.
Confused as the nippy up to 100mb to upto 150mb ` doesn`t make sense.
Have checked account still showing 50mb and done wired speed checks on various speedcheck sites and still getting around 50mb.
Anyone one at VM like to throw some light on this email.
It's best if you contact Customer Services and tell them you've received the Speed Upgrade email but that you haven't actually had the increase.
They'll tell you that it can take up to twenty four hours, but usually it's done within the hour.
