Speed Upgrade And Upload Speed

If new customers join on 100mb, can you still do the free upgrade to 150mb, or is this no longer available?

On the new vivid 300 package, it doesn't mention unlimited uploads like the vivid 200 gamer package, is this a mistake, or is it just not unlimited uploads?

Did you get unlimited uploads on the homeworks 300 package?

Re: Speed Upgrade And Upload Speed

And 300Mbs does not have Traffic management on the upload either. It is stated here:

As its an upgrade to the gamer service, its implied it doesn't have traffic management as the gamer200 is the base package for it. Clarity would be a help though as you are not the first to ask.

The upgrades were:

50/3 > 70/5

100/6 > 150/10

152/12 > 200/12

So if new customers join on the 100mb tier, will they be offered a free upgrade to 150mb?

Re: Speed Upgrade And Upload Speed

To be eligible for those upgrades you had to be a customer from before October 2015.

Also you had to of not changed your contract since then either.

Any new customer from that time will not be offered the upgrade.
