You have got to love how they keep pulling these so called review dates out of a hat especially when you know nothing will be done to fix the issue I have now had 12 review dates in the last 2 years and 3 months so please be prepared to simply get another one each time.
Also make sure you are getting credits to your account for the inconvenience of suffering low peak time speeds.
