I'm in the same are (DY8, area 04), and have had rubbish speeds at any normal time of day that you'd actually want to use the internet - evenings. Yes, I get the advertised speed at 2am and so on. STATUS always reports no issues, so I suppose this state of affairs is just accepted as situation normal?
I'm pretty sure that if I adjusted my monthly payment pro-rata the service received, and reported to VM that that was "normal" they'd have something to say PDQ.
VM please, when is this long-time ongoing issue going to be acknowledged and fixed?
