Speed Drops After 8pm Till Around 11pm

Hi, 

My Broadband speed drops from 50mbps to 1 or 2mbps after 8pm till abound 11pm every night it's so bad I can't even load a webpage sometimes. I contacted virgin via phone and live chat asking if it was a utilisation Issue but they told me it was not nor was it because of a high traffic issue around those times and they had no problems at their end. During the day between early morning and evening I have great speeds upto 50 mbps until it hits around 8pm as always.

I've done everything possible when it comes to troubleshooting and still having this issue. 

Can anyone else please help me?

It runs great during the day but hits a brick wall in the evening only to come good the next day ?

If it sounds like a duck, walks like a duck, eats like a duck (worms and muck)....
then it is most re-assuredly a duck.

some people have been waiting over 2 years for VM to sort out the overselling and under investing issues.

Area 21 SW16 crap speeds for 12+ Months... current fault F004332018, Complaint COM101113771 Ignored, VM code of conduct Ignored... Avoid VM at all costs
