Speed Drop & Connectivity Issues

Having some major issues with my connectivity, having big speed drop offs regularly to the point where a simple website won't load all the way to losing connection entirely. Here's the status report from the Modem GUI.

Hi RWLValo, 

 

Welcome to the forums, I am sorry to see you have been having trouble with your connection. 

 

I have taken a look and things seem to be ok from this side. 

 

I notice there are some Post RS errors on the stats you posted up, do they continue to climb once you reset them? 

 

If so can you reset the Post RS errors and then post another shot of the stats up for me please?
