Sort your connection out!

Over the past 2 days, my internet has been messing up! I am a YouTuber, who plays Minecraft. But unfortunately, your connections are not good. Every 10 seconds i lagg. Then i disconnect from the game because of your crappy connections! I have even tried to reset my router but its not the routers problem! Please sort this out immediately or I will switch to another supplier!!

 

Your connections used to be good. Now i'm starting to doubt it!

hiya @Andrew_Cook there is currently around a weeks wait for the forum admin to reply and check your connection in the mean time Would need to check the signal levels if could go to http://192.168.0.1 clicking router status top right [no need to login] and if could copy/paste the downstream, upstream, network log, don't worry about the formatting we can easily read it.. also how are you connecting wired/wireless?
if its via wireless can you test it via wired

I have a TP-LINK to boost speeds. I dont know how to connect to the internet without it lol

This is getting beyond the joke now, I Phoned up today. Won't be fixed until December time! Area 30! Come on!

We are now switching to Sky Broadband. Get rid of this crappy provider.

 Good luck because you will need it with Sky as their BB is awful for gaming!
