Have you managed to test a wired connection?
Also, it's difficult to say what a reasonable speed would be on wireless as there are so many environmental factors that can negatively influence the signal. If you prefer to connect wirelessly, there are a few things you can do to make sure you're getting the best out of your wireless connection. You can also try changing your hub's wireless channel to find the least congested signal.
