Thanks for posting! I am sorry to hear that you're having issues with your connection being slow and dropping out, I apologise for any troubles, I am confident I can get this resolved for you.
I have run some checks from here and I can see that everything looks great ! No errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs and all of your power levels are within the preferred ranges.
Are you still having these issues?
How are you connected, wired or wireless?
Is there any notice able change to the Hubs light sequence when the connection drops?
