Slow speeds since last week Area 05

I am consistently getting less than 10mb on my 100mb connection since about a week ago. This is using both wired and wireless, and at all times of day. Everything has been rebooted multiple times. Could somebody please let me know what the problem is?

As of last night the speed returned to normal around midnight. Was okay until around 13:00 today but now the speed has dropped back to around 4mbps. Also, the speed fluctuates frequently and occasionally the connection drops out entirely. Nothing has changed on my setup between this morning and now.

Posting some basic diagnostic info may help.

Navigate to the hub's GUI using http://192.168.100.1
Don't log in, click the Router Status button in the top right of the screen.
Copy \ Paste the Downstream, Upstream, and Network Logs.

Don't worry about the formatting, but do obscure personal information like your WAN IP address.

Hi there tornoutlaw,

 

Thanks for taking the time to post on the community.

 

I'm sorry to read you are experiencing slow broadband speeds.

 

From checking your connection and the router information you posted, the downstream power levels are on the high side, 2 channels for Modem SNR are low and there has been a high amount of time-outs. For this I would like to arrange an engineer appointment to check this over. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please.
