Hope all is well. Thanks for taking the time to post back on the community and sorry to learn you are still having issues with your broadband speeds.
From checking the network, the traffic is now breaching our thresholds and I have raised this across to our networks department for further investigation. Once I have further information I will let you know.
As this will impact your broadband speeds during peak hours and you mentioned you have this issue at all times of the day, can you complete speed tests direct to the Hub without your server connected and the PC/laptop in Safe Mode with Networking please? When using speedtest.net, select the default server and post a link/screenshot of the results.
