I moved and signed up for 200mb service which was installed ten days ago. I have the seemingly usual problem of unacceptably slow speed on Sunday evenings. I have tried restarting the router in case another channel would be better but no improvement. What next?

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and I can see an issue with your Downstream Power levels. This is essentially the signal that feeds into your equipment and, if it goes out of spec, can start to cause problems. I'd like to arrange for a technician to investigate this for you.
