I recommend that you phone them. I did, and they remotely restarted my modem (which seems to be somehow more effective than when I restart it myself) and played with some settings and now it works okay (around 80-100MB/sec).
I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and everything is looking great at the moment. Your signal levels are all as they should be and there are no issues with the network in your area. Are you still experiencing speed issues?
