On a 50mb pacakge but getting 125 ping and around 10 Mb download on speedtest. Connected via ethernet. Been terrible whole day. engineers asleep?? can we get something done. This isn't what im paying for.

I'm sorry for the slow broadband speeds you are experiencing.
I've managed to locate your account, the line and hub have come back as fine. There are no faults reported and the traffic on the network is running low.
Are you still achieving these low speeds? If so are you able to complete speed tests whilst the Super Hub is in modem mode please to see if the speeds differ?
