For some time now I have experienced slow broadband in the early hours of the morning. Sometimes as low as 4Mbit.
I called 150 and had the usual "turn it off and on again, swap the cable ends".
The speeds, stuttering progress and regularity of the slow speeds point to something at your end.
Eventually I was assured that it would be passed to "technical".
A few days later and the problem is still there and I have not been contacted to try and resolve the issue.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing slow speeds at certain times of day. I've taken a look at your connection and I don't see anything standing out in error.
Are you testing the wireless or hard-wired connection?

We have found some speed test sites to be unreliable in the past so please try www.speedtest.net leaving the default server as this will remain on our network.

Nicola - that is exactly the speed test site that I use. There has been some improvement of late. I will test next week and let you know.
Thank you for getting back, I just wanted to be sure. I have managed to identify you from your IP now by the way. The connection is looking good from here, area traffic is quite low. Fingers crossed it remains good for you.
