Slow speeds, drop outs, ping spikes Nottingham Area 30, Ng5

Hi,

Since last September, almost daily, our internet drops out, and if it doesn't then the speed is so slow that you can't browse pages never mind anything else, also random the pings spikes.

I would of thought a year would be enough time to get this sorted, I understand there is yet again another fault in our area Reference no: F003879753 but this is a regular occurrence, any chance of getting this sorted for good?

Sorry about the rant, it's just frustrating when you actually need the internet and you can't even browse web pages.

Thank You

Hi,
I am also having the same issue and this is unacceptable. For the past few days the internet has been cutting out multiple times a day which is just a nuisance. Can someone please look into this as soon as possible.
Thanks

FYI that fault is not specific to your area but affects the "virginmedia.com" website(s) hence a large number of users across UK trying to access that TLD and associated Virgin Websites.

You need to elaborate/clarify further:

1. You must ensure you have at least one device wired to SHub and clarify whether drop outs are occurring on only wireless device or both?

2. When the dropouts occur then post the status of each of SHub indicator LED's viz colour,flashing/solid,unlit.

3. When the "dropouts" occur can you still access the SHub Admin interface as below(via wired device)?

4. 192.168.100.1 in browser,DONT SIGN IN, click on RouterStatus in top RH corner and post following:

a) Information > Software Version

b) Downstream

c) Upstream (but not Burst Profile)

d) Network Log

ForumTeam response in 2-4 days anyway....and will advise of any area Fault Reference and status.

good luck.

2) There is a blue power indicator, green double sided arrow flashing and also a flashing blue tick.

3) Yes i can access the superhub at all times during the dropout. I cannot access anything else

4) During the latest dropout of connection today this is what was recorded:

Re: Slow speeds, drop outs, ping spikes Nottingham Area 30, Ng5

Hi,

Drop out again yesterday 17.51pm 08/09/2015, currently its really slow, with high ping, speed test results clearly not good:

Ping test:

1) Internet stops working for all device wired or wireless regardless.

2) Flashing blue tick, and flashing yellow arrow.

3) Yes SuperHub is still accessible just cannot get out to the internet.

4) Here the network log, although its an hour behind for whatever reason:
