Well like I originally thought it was utilisation 80% had rf levels reset as downstream was slightly high.
It's not been to bad today I can live with it as long as it doesn't get like it did again on Sunday. Though I will be ringing up and asking for a slight refund because paying for a 152Mb service which is only running at 20% of my speed for most of the day I am at the PC does seem a bit unfair.

I was also told that out of 560 people conected to the same hub as me over 160 are on the top 152Mb speed which is saturating the network upto 97% between 2-10pm. ( so what is it 20% or 3% I am getting wish they would make their minds up)
Sorry to hear your speeds are poor again. I've double checked everything this end and nothing else appears amiss. It's going to be down to the contention and the ticket is F003746202 with estimated review date of 19/08/15. If you bump this thread nearer the date we'll be happy to provide updates.
ok so we had 6 hours of internet lost today due to so called improvements!! can I have these improvements explained to me please by a member of the forum staff.
I'm asking in here because when I spoke to a support agent today on why the internet was off for so long and what did they improve!! well he would not give me any answer but went off the subject twice so I went off the subject and put the phone down on him because he clearly wasn't going to answer a simple question.
