Slow speed

Hello,

I am subscribed to Fibre Vivd 200 but since two weeks now the download speed is 2mbps, I live in Acton, London, W3 and I have rang the tech service but they say it will be fixed on the 22nd February, it's really amazing that they expect their customers to pay £45 for under 1mbps and the customer service is unhelpful. thinking of leaving and looking around for other providers !!!

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing slow speeds, I understand this is frustrating.

 

I've just checked your connection and noticed a fault in your area was recently raised. The ref is: F004977625 and it's due for review on the 12th April. The type of fault can be responsible for reducing speeds during peak time hours.

 

For now, please try and use an Ethernet cable where possible and arrange any downloads for after midnight.
