Slow speed problems again

Could someone please check my connection again, i had a fault number for years but was recently closed as you said it was fixed. But checking my speeds this morning its getting slower and slower again is there a new fault number for my problems?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection again.

 

I've located your account and I can see an SNR issue in your area (F005048849) causing intermittent connection and slow speeds. Our technicians are working to get this sorted as soon as possible and have set a review date of 9th February.

 

I'll check back with you on the review date to make sure everything is OK.

I've checked your account and the network fault has cleared now. I've also run a diagnostic on your equipment and everything is looking quite healthy at the moment.

Thanks for getting back to me, my internet seems ok for now, should i be concerned about random T3 timeouts?
