Could someone please check my connection again, i had a fault number for years but was recently closed as you said it was fixed. But checking my speeds this morning its getting slower and slower again is there a new fault number for my problems?

I've located your account and I can see an SNR issue in your area (F005048849) causing intermittent connection and slow speeds. Our technicians are working to get this sorted as soon as possible and have set a review date of 9th February.
