Slow speed in area 28

I'm a 150MB package for broadband and a speedtest consistently puts the current connection at 12-15MB!

I was wondering why I couldn't watch anything properly on Twitch. My equipment is testing as fine and I've already reset the hub. Is there a fault in the area?

It was up at 25MB this afternoon... Good job VM, really great...

Up to 32MB! When it should be 150MB! And now we're on to at least day 3? Do they even care?

Day 5, going on day 6. 2:30am, and nowhere near the 150MB it should be?

Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're getting at the moment, I know it's frustrating.

I've checked this for you and I can see that we've got a fault in your area responsible for reducing the speeds, especially during peak time hours. The fault ref is: F005162382 and it's due for review on the 12th April.

If you keep in touch with us we will be able to give progress updates.
