Slow speed after fix

I had a message on the 20/12/2016 about error F004609738 which had been marked as resolved, the message stated that I should see an improvement in the speed of my connection, however this is not the case.

 

I am still getting between 2-10mbp/s when my contract is for 150mbp/s

 

This has been going on for over 6 months now, why/how is this still an issue?

Are your speeds any better during the day, or are they poor all the time?

it's mostly irrelevant what time of day it is, it happens in peak and off-peak times. The max I am getting over the last week is 12mbp/s I currently have 6mbp/s

The network outage in your area has definitely cleared.
