I had a message on the 20/12/2016 about error F004609738 which had been marked as resolved, the message stated that I should see an improvement in the speed of my connection, however this is not the case.
I am still getting between 2-10mbp/s when my contract is for 150mbp/s
This has been going on for over 6 months now, why/how is this still an issue?
