Slow peak time broadband since switching to Super Hub 3 router

Hi all

Since receiving and installing a VM Hub 3.0 my peak time speeds have been extremely slow.  In the order of 1 - 1.5 Mbps, sometimes slower.  With my old cable modem and router this didn't seem to be a problem.

My off peak speeds with the Hub3 are what they should be, see below.

Could this be an over utilisation issue?  The fact that everything seemed good before the switch to Hub3 would seem to suggest otherwise?

Any advice would be appreciated.
