Can anyone shed light why virgin broadband slows down between 4pm and 11pm every day of the week to the point of only receiving 1 or 2 mg from the 70mg im paying for.Have contacted Vm twice to be told tge faults are being worked on yet months later still the same for not only myself but other users in our street.
I've located your account and I can see an issue with SNR (signal to noise ratio) in your area causing slow/intermittent connection - Ref.(F005129211). Our technicians are working to get this resolved as soon as possible and have set a review date of 9th March 2017.
I'll check back with you on the review date for an update.

Have already had fix dates in January and 2 in Feburary for the same fault and nothing has been done,I believe the fault is over utilization(i.e over selling a product that cant cope) and nothing will be done about it.I have been told work will be done on the 17th March and also some Major work will commence in September in my area,can you shed any light on this please.
