our peak-hours broadband has dropped right off again to the point that the connection is below 5mb/sec making it useless for all but basic surfing and resulting in all wi-fi connections being inoperable, could someone please inform us when this fault will be rectified rather than submitting another review date which have been continually put back for over two years now and are to all intent and purpose pointless.

I have taken a look and it seems you are affected by fault ref F003320128 for slow speeds at peak times. I can see the team who deal with this already have the details and will continue to keep you updated.
Unfortunately these types of faults can sometimes be more complex than first thought. We do not currently have any more news but as soon as we know more we will let you know.
