Hi I've been having issues for some time now, slow Internet speeds on and off peak. I've had engineer visits, a cable repair, a new router. I'm paying a fair amount of cash and still hitting the same brick wall with t3 and T4 timeouts, intermittent service, frequent hard resets to the router, more than once a day. I work from home and it is interrupting my work which is not ideal.
Please can you lovely folks help with this issue and please try put it to bed before I lose the will and my remote customers.
Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're getting at the moment. I've taken a look and I'm sorry to report that we're currently working on a fault in your area that is responsible for causing slow speeds, especially during peak time hours. The fault ref is: F005134742 and it's due for review on the 6th Dec.
